Job Responsibility and Description :

VP – Sales & Practice head the client's Finacle practice globally.

The candidate must have minimum of 15+ years of experience in BFSI industry & excellent knowledge of the domestic Banking industry.
The candidate will be responsible for growing the Finacle practice to make it a market leader in the region.
The candidate should have background & experience of working with a team of minimum 300+ engineers spread remotely.
The candidate should have prior experience in building a large multi million dollar practice for any of the products in global Banking industry.
The candidate should have prior experience for driving & growing the complete P&L of the practice independently.
The candidate will be responsible for driving & building a Sales/Pre Sales/ Delivery/Implementation/ Training teams to meet the growth demands.
The candidate should have minimum MBA qualification from a premier institute in India.
The candidate will be based out of Chennai .
